Head of Process Department – Libya

Responsibilities: You will be responsible for process measurements, making balances and calculation regarding grinding and burning processes, evaluation of efficiency and proposing corrective/optimization actions, supply specific information to Clinker, Grinding and Quality managers, participating in troubleshooting and failures analysis related to construction materials manufacturing processes, training of local people in Process know-how, supplying process-data necessary for the equipment modification design and/or new equipment parameters selection.
Requirements: Our ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years of practical experience in Process Manager/head/supervisor position, university degree in Technology, Chemical or other technical field, good theoretical knowledge of processes in construction materials industry, good knowledge of equipment used in construction materials industry, very good knowledge of filed measurements (flow, temperatures, sampling etc.) and process related calculation (mass balance, heat balance, ball charge, separator efficiency, cooling efficiency, grinding curve etc.), very good knowledge of construction materials quality issues and relation Process parameter –Quality results, good organizational skills, ability to teach/train people, active knowledge of English language and be computer literate.
